We are twin brothers, Aigars and Ivars Rūrāns, born in Jēkabpils on September 17, 1975. Our school years begun at Viesīte secondary school, and we graduated from it in 1993. Afterwards we studied at Daugavpils Art College "Saules skola” and received a woodworking designer and leader of designers group diploma. In 2005 we received a woodcarver’s master craftsman qualification.

In 2004 we started our individual work. We have participated in a competition and now we have an opportunity to make sculptures for a fairytale park “Vika pasaku pasaule” in Dikļi, Valmiera District. We have also materialized different ideas, which now are decorating various parks, houses, yards and place name signs. We are eager to create something also for your pleasure!
